Composting animal bedding and waste in hot piles. Neighbor (with tractor) moves finished compost to vegetable garden
for application in January. The compost is integrated into the soil with above ground crops harvested > 90 days
and root crops > than 120 days after application for maximum food safety. Watch for pictures documenting new and improved
